About Kerri
  • Immigration Psychosocial Evaluations are specialized assessments conducted by licensed mental health professionals that are used to assist immigration courts in determining whether a person will be able to legally remain in the United States. The evaluation includes in-depth interviews and assessments conducted over 1 or 2 meetings. The mental health professional then writes up the report and submits it to the attorney so that it can be utilized in court.

  • First, contact via email, phone, or the website form below to schedule an appointment.

Second, one to two interviews will be completed in order to conduct a thorough assessment. Kerri will also gather necessary documentation and conduct psychological tests or assessments if needed.

Third, Kerri will prepare the report.

Fourth, the finalized and signed report will be delivered to you and your attorney in a timely manner (generally 2 weeks).

  • The cost of the evaluation ranges from $900 to $1400, depending on the complexity of each case. Payment is accepted via credit or debit card or Venmo.

$300 is due at the time of booking the first appointment, $300 is due at the time of the first meeting, and the remaining balance is due 2 weeks after the final meeting, before the report is released.

If an expedited report is needed (less than 2 weeks from the time of the second meeting), there is an additional fee of $350.

I charge $200 per hour for court appearances/virtual testimony. I require a minimum of 5 hours paid up front since I will have to cancel other clients for the day.

All fees will be outlined for you via a payment contract prior to your evaluation.
